AP Saleroom is a specialist auction house focused exclusively on advertising and petroliana, providing a positive and enjoyable experience for all concerned with this fascinating hobby.
The founder Nick Joslin has been a collector of advertising and petroliana since 1973 when, aged 11, he brought home an enamel sign that ‘fell off’ a derelict building in the small Devon village where he grew up.
Having bought and sold at auctions for over 30 years, he often felt that things could be done better — better environment, better information, lower buyer’s premiums and seller’s commissions — all leading towards higher prices achieved, and a greater level of satisfaction from sellers and buyers alike.
We will work to the highest levels of integrity to earn the trust of our customers, and we are committed to providing a new level of experience from your first contact to the final moments of the auction, and beyond.
