Use our online form to provide a title, description, condition and clear photographs of your items including front, back and any maker’s marks.

Expert Review

Our specialists will review your submission and provide an estimated valuation. If suitable, we’ll email a Consignment Form to be completed.

Sell & Get Paid

Your items are professionally catalogued and auctioned. Payment via bank transfer within one week of receiving cleared funds from the buyer.

AP Saleroom is the trading name of The Advertising and Petroliana Saleroom Ltd (Company No. 16447625). We are a family-run specialist auction house dedicated to vintage advertising and petroliana.
Use our online valuation form above to provide details and photographs of your items. If suitable for an upcoming auction, we’ll email you a Consignment Form. We’ll also need a copy of your ID (UK driving licence or passport) and bank details for payouts.
Our standard Seller’s Commission is 10% of the hammer price. A flat Cataloguing Fee of £5.00 per item covers professional cataloguing. Payouts are made via bank transfer within 1 week of us receiving cleared funds. We generally look for items valued at £300 or more.
Yes. We can arrange safe collection and delivery of your lots to the auction venue. We are highly experienced in handling fragile petroliana such as glass globes and enamel signs. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, please coordinate with us at least 72 hours in advance.
